Bowl for Kids’ Sake is the perfect way for individuals to have fun and make an impact on our community.
#1: Form a Team
Team Captain will gather 4-5 people (including yourself) to form a bowling
team. All skill levels are welcome! It’s not about the score, it’s about having fun
while raising pledges to support local kids.
This year's theme is “Totally 80’s”, so grab your parachute
pants, Aqua Net hair spray, or
your favorite 80’s fashions hiding in the back of your closet and get ready for some totally
Register your team by going to www.bowlcw.kintera.org or call 715-341-0661.

#2: Distribute Information to Your Team
Distribute Bowl for Kids’ Sake information and pledge sheets to teammates. This is
signature fundraiser - it
only takes a little bit of effort to raise the money that is
vital to our program’s success. Please provide copies of the following items to your team.
Teammates can also access all forms at www.bowlcw.kintera.org
1. Pledge sheets
2. Donation receipt forms
Team members must present their pledge sheet and pledge money at the event to participate.
Bowl for Kids' Sake is a
pledge-driven event. The money you supply via pledges is a vital source of
funding for our youth mentoring program. Your pledges support Big Brothers Big
Sisters' mission of providing children facing adversity with strong, enduring,
professionally supported 1-to-1 relationships that better their lives forever.
We ask that bowlers strive to meet or exceed these minimum pledge amounts:
Kids and high school/college students: $30
Last year, most Bowlers raised over $100, and most Teams raised over $500.
#3: Have A Lot of Fun!
Join us on the day of the event at Skipp’s Bowling Center in Stevens Point for bowling,
food, games, raffles, and other activities. Please arrive 30
minutes prior to your scheduled bowling time to register and present your
pledge sheets and pledge money.
