As the NFL drafts their next generation of star players, Big Brothers Big Sisters is drafting the next generation of mentors.

In collaboration with the NFL’s Inspire Change initiative, Big Brothers Big Sisters’ annual recruitment campaign—The Big Draft—calls on individuals to become mentors for local youth. With the NFL Draft coming to Green Bay this year, The Big Draft is set to be bigger and more impactful than ever!

Across Wisconsin, we’re looking to recruit 700 new mentors. Right here in Central Wisconsin, our goal is to welcome 53 new mentors (“Bigs”) by April 26, 2025. Currently, over 70 children in our community are waiting for a mentor. If you or someone you know has been on the sidelines, now is the time to get in the game, join the team, and make a BIG impact!
